Sidney Strachan
Sidney Strachan provides the strategic vision and executive leadership for EdgeSphere Tech Forward. He is responsible for guiding the organization’s long-term direction, developing international partnerships, and ensuring that innovation is always supported by strong governance, ethical leadership and sustainable growth.
His focus is on building EdgeSphere into a trusted international institution that combines technology, strategic intelligence and research to deliver lasting value for governments, enterprises and society. He brings executive leadership experience developed through GRMC Ltd., where he has led research, market intelligence and technology-oriented advisory work across Caribbean, Latin American and African markets, together with international business development and institutional relationship management.
Ingrid Black
Ingrid Black oversees operational excellence across the organization, ensuring that strategy is translated into disciplined execution. She leads organizational coordination, client delivery, governance implementation and operational effectiveness.
Her leadership helps ensure that EdgeSphere’s commitment to professionalism, accountability and service excellence is reflected in every engagement. She brings operational leadership experience developed through GRMC Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner, spanning strategic research operations, market intelligence programmes, cross-border field management and established expertise across Caribbean markets.
Muhammad Ruhul Amin Mia
Muhammad Ruhul Amin leads the technology vision of EdgeSphere, overseeing software architecture, Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity innovation, digital platforms and emerging technologies.
He is responsible for transforming strategic ideas into secure, scalable and future-ready technology solutions that support the organization’s long-term mission. He brings over five years of specialist experience across cybersecurity, risk management, threat intelligence and incident response, including CTO-level responsibility and hands-on work in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, SIEM and network security. He holds an MBS in Management and a BBS in Business Management.
